I’m Daniel Samarano. I help small businesses use AI and automation to make everyday work simpler, faster, and easier to manage, without needing to become tech experts first.
I started my career at Discount Bank, one of Israel’s largest banks, as a personal online banker. I handled 100–120 customer cases per shift, often with a two‑minute response target and consistently high customer satisfaction. It taught me something I’ve carried into every role since: behind every process is a real person trying to get something done, and they can tell when a system was built around the company instead of around them.
Since then, I’ve worked across fintech, gaming, and smart home technology, from a fintech startup, to Moon Active, a global mobile gaming company with hundreds of millions of players, to Vitrea, a smart home IoT company.
